What is the Home Depot Return Policy?
Any purchased item with an original sales receipt can be returned within 90 days of purchase. If you have a Home depot consumer credit card, the purchased items can be returned within 365 days of purchase.Returns without receipt:
If you've lost your receipt and you've paid by debit or credit card, your receipt can be looked up in the store. And if you don't have the receipt and are paid in cash, a store credit will be issued based on the lowest selling price.

Some special-order returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Order cancellations may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee. For more details, please see the Special Services Desk. Also, there are no returns on custom products.
