Hudson's Bay (formerly The Bay or la baie in French) is the largest department store in Canada that offers a very wide range of products like fashion clothing, accessories, home appliances, furniture, beauty products, toys and a lot more.
Hudson Bay Return Policy:
For both online and in-store purchases, your original receipt must accompany your returned items(s) to process your refund. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by the Bay to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for a refund.
Here is the Hudson Bay
easy return policy based on different product groups:
- 14 days for Furniture, Major Appliances, Mattresses,
Patio Furniture, BBQs, Fitness Equipment, and Outdoor Play Equipment.
- 30
days for standard size merchandise, clothing, Home Electronics, and Jewellery.
No refunds, returns, or
exchanges will be made on Gift Boxes.
- 90 days if you've purchased your merchandise with an HBC Credit Card or MasterCard
online or in store.
- Without a Receipt
Refunds and exchanges are
not accepted after the allowable return period or without an original
receipt.
Please note that clearance and final
sale items can't be
returned or exchanged and there will be no price adjustment for clearance
merchandise. According to their policy, a clearance price is reduced
from the original price and the item will not return to its original
price.
